Reopening ...... for limited treatments
Following the First Minister’s announcement yesterday, we are now authorised to begin the process of a phased return to face-to-face appointments from Monday 22nd of June. However, General Dental Practices providing NHS care are currently restricted to supporting emergency care only.
Your normal routine treatment, including checkups and previously planned treatment is still suspended until at least Phase 4 of the government plan, we are currently in Phase 2.
We will continue to provide a triage service via telephone and prescriptions or self help where appropriate. If you have a dental emergency such as severe pain, facial swelling, infection or dental trauma please call us on 01324 682222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise on the basis of your symptoms and where appropriate refer urgent cases requiring treatment that we are currently restricted from providing.
Please do not attend the Clinic without an appointment as we are working with very strict guidelines and cannot see patients without pre arranged approintments. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this time and understand any frustration you are experiencing as a result.
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to see us as soon as possible for a return to normality hopefully in the near future. Stay safe and look after yourselves.
